Symptoms and Causes of Stress

About StressStress is the body's reaction to situations that appear dangerous or difficult. Stress causes the body to produce the hormone adrenaline which serves to defend themselves. Stress is a part of human life. Stress is a lightweight useful and can spur people to think and do more thinking and seek faster and harder so as to answer the challenges of everyday life. Mild stress can stimulate and provide a sense more passionate in life that are usually boring and routine. But the stress is too much and sustainable, if not addressed, would be harmful to health.


The symptoms of stress:
  •  Became irritable and angry with friends, family and colleagues.
  • Acting aggressive and defensive
  • Feeling constantly tired.
  • Difficult concentration or forgetfulness.
  • Palpitations or pounding heart.
  • Tense muscles.

  • Not healthy.

  • Build a good incentive system by many friends and have a happy family. They will always be with you in every kesulitan.Jaga health, eating well, getting enough sleep and exercise regularly.
  • Plan time for recreation.
  • Relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation or massage.
